Mathletes Competition

Students will be taking one test for grades 4-6.  However the awards are for the top three students in each grade.  For example, sixth graders will be competing with other sixth graders.

There are two team tests and two individual tests. The test will consist of a mental math component, and Algebra, Geometry, Probability and potpourri (a mixture of categories).

Lunch - students may bring $5 to purchase a pizza/drink for lunch or they may bring their own sack lunch.

9:20-9:30          Opening

9:30-10:10        1^st Round Individual Test  (5 minutes for directions, 35 minutes for testing)

10:10-10:20      Break

10:20-10:40      2^nd Round Individual Test   (5 minutes for directions, 35 minutes for testing)

10:40-10:50      Break

10:50-11:30      1^st Round Team test  (5 minutes for directions, 30 minutes for testing)

11:30-11:35      Break

11:35-12:10      2^nd Round Team Test  (5 minutes for directions, 30 minutes for testing)

12:10-1:00        Lunch

1:00-1:30          Closing Ceremony and Award/Medals
